Refund Policy

 At The Stoic Anchor Association, we believe that every individual should feel comfortable, respected, and supported throughout their therapy experience. We understand that every therapeutic relationship is different, and we value honest feedback about your experience.

THERAPY REFUND POLICY:

• Therapy session payments are non-refundable once a session has been booked or the payment has been made.
• If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please inform our team as early as possible. Rescheduling may be considered based on availability and the applicable terms.
• If you feel that your therapy experience was not comfortable, suitable, or satisfactory, we encourage you to share your feedback with our team so that we can understand your concerns and improve your experience.
• As a gesture of consideration, if you are dissatisfied with your therapy experience, a 20% discount will be provided on your next therapy session.
• The 20% discount is offered as a service recovery measure and does not constitute a refund or cancellation of the previous session.
• The discount applies to the next eligible therapy session and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
• Our priority is to ensure that every individual is treated with fairness, dignity, respect, confidentiality, and transparency throughout their therapeutic journey.

INTERNSHIP & COURSE REFUND POLICY:

• If you decide that you no longer wish to remain enrolled in an internship program or refundable educational course, you may contact us to request cancellation within 2 days of enrolment.
• The second day of enrolment is the final day to request cancellation and a refund.
• After the 2-day cancellation period has passed, the enrolment will be considered confirmed and non-refundable, and the payment will be retained by Stoic Anchor Association.
• Certain programs, courses, workshops, events, special packages, promotional offers, or services may be specifically designated as Non-Refundable Programs. Payments made for such programs are non-refundable from the date of enrolment/payment, regardless of participation, withdrawal, non-attendance, or early discontinuation.
• The refund terms applicable to each program will be clearly communicated before or at the time of enrolment.

NON-REFUNDABLE PROGRAMS: 

  Programs explicitly marked “Non-Refundable” at the time of enrolment are not eligible for cancellation refunds.

• This may include selected courses, workshops, events, special training programs, educational packages, promotional programs, or other programs where the non-refundable condition is clearly stated before payment.
• Enrolment or payment for a Non-Refundable Program constitutes acceptance of its applicable refund terms.
• Transfer of enrolment to another individual or program, if available, will be subject to the specific terms of that program and approval by The Stoic Anchor Association.

OUR COMMITMENT:

• Where a refund is eligible under this policy, 100% of the eligible amount paid will be refunded.
• Once approved, refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.
• Eligible cancellations for therapy services or refundable internship programs will receive a 100% refund in accordance with the applicable cancellation period.
• We believe in fairness, transparency, and respecting every individual’s decision. Where a person is eligible for a refund, we will process it without unnecessary delays or intrusive questioning.
• Every individual will be treated with fairness, dignity, respect, and transparency throughout the cancellation and refund process.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Refund requests must be submitted through our official communication channels.
• The applicable refund policy will depend on the specific program or service selected at the time of enrolment.
• Approved refunds are generally processed within 2–3 business days. However, the time taken for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Before making payment, participants are encouraged to review whether the selected program is refundable or non-refundable.
