Stoic Anchor Association is an NGO & a Mental Health Association that believes everyone deserves access to psychological support and education. Through mental health initiatives, internships, awareness programs, workshops, and practical learning opportunities, the association is working to make mental health knowledge available to everyone.
The purpose is not just to support people through difficult times. It is to question unhealthy beliefs, break toxic patterns, and help people understand themselves beyond what society, culture, or fear has taught them to be.
The goal is to help people reconnect with who they truly are, accept themselves, and build a life that brings them peace instead of living only to meet the expectations of others. Every step taken by Stoic Anchor Association is guided by one vision: creating healthier minds, safe & stronger communities, and happier lives.

What you perceive isn't always true.
That one belief is the foundation of Stoic Anchor Association.
Our logo was designed to challenge first impressions. Many people may see it as dark, bold, or something completely different from a mental health association. That reflects how we often see people too. We make assumptions based on what is visible, while never knowing the story behind them.
Someone can smile, laugh, go to work, and seem completely fine while silently carrying anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or struggles that nobody else can see. Not every battle is visible, and not every person who is struggling looks like they need help.
Stoic Anchor Association exists to remind people to look beyond appearances. To understand before judging, to listen before assuming, and to remember that every person carries a story that deserves compassion.
Our logo is more than a symbol. It represents every unseen battle, every silent struggle, and the belief that what you perceive isn't always true.

Project Ginger was established with a simple but deeply meaningful purpose: to protect, feed, treat, rescue, and provide care for animals who have been abandoned, injured, harmed, neglected, or left without anyone to care for them.
The project was created from the belief that every living being deserves food, safety, medical attention, compassion, and a chance to live with dignity. Many animals, particularly those living on the streets, suffer from hunger, injuries, illness, abuse, abandonment, and harsh living conditions. Project Ginger aims to respond to these needs by providing immediate assistance wherever possible and by building a long-term system of care for vulnerable animals.
The values of Stoic Anchor Association are deeply rooted in compassion.
My inspiration comes from the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, whose life reflected compassion, mercy, humility, and service to others.
I believe that every human being is equal in the sight of God. Wealth, knowledge, and opportunities are blessings entrusted to us, not for pride, but to benefit others. When we are given the ability to help, we have a responsibility to do so with sincerity, humility, and kindness.
Stoic Anchor Association is built on these values.
It is more than an association. It is a community that believes healing begins when people feel heard, education becomes meaningful when it changes lives, and mental health should never be treated as a privilege.
Fear Allah regarding these animals who cannot speak.
— Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
Welcome to Stoic Anchor Association.
Where healing is understood, education has purpose, and every individual matters.
My soul belongs to Allah. I am simply His servant, trying to fulfill the responsibility He has entrusted to me.
Stoic Anchor Association is not just an association. It is the result of every lesson, loss, struggle, and moment of growth that shaped the person I am today. ~Yusra Abdul Rehman
